Shipping Policy

US Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped in 3-5 days after creation via USPS with tracking numbers

Canada Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped up to 1-3 weeks after creation via tracking numbers.

International Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped up to 2-3 weeks after creation via tracking numbers.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.


Please, take into consideration that shipping time increases during holidays. So the shipping can take 5-7 business days for the USA and 2-5 weeks for worldwide packages.

International shipping is provided through DHL. To start an international order, please choose your country at checkout. DHL will calculate the total cost of your order in US Dollars (including freight, taxes, and duties), and will handle payment and delivery of your order.

All orders placed on tumblermountaingoods.com are in USD. You may incur conversion fees from your bank. Rates will vary based on the individual bank and typically range from 1% to 3% of the total order.
 

Return Policy

We have a 30 days Return policy for any damaged Tumbler received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, NOT FLAWED or Broken, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send  

Refunds (if applicable)

You have 30 days to notify us about a refund to be eligible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
